We collect: email address and display name (registration), viewing history and watch progress (to resume content), payment reference numbers (never full card details — processed by Stripe or PayBridge), and device/locale information to serve the correct language.
Your data is used to: provide the Videbooks™ service, process payments, send transactional emails, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Account data is retained while your account is active and for 12 months after deletion (required for financial auditing). You may request deletion at any time via privacy@videbooks.com.
Videbooks™ uses certified third-party providers for payment processing (PCI DSS compliant), content delivery, voice synthesis, and AI content processing. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, portability, and object. Contact our DPO: dpo@jfkimportexport.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Videbooks™ uses only functional cookies (authentication session token) and no advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use third-party analytics that track you across sites.
